Count the total, not “from”
Add cleaning, parking, breakfasts outside a hotel. A cheap hotel outside + two taxis a day can cost more than a Motława apartment.
Compare the same dates with the host and on Booking — commission gaps can be tens to hundreds of złoty.
Dates and length of stay
Outside weekends and May holidays prices drop. Wed–Thu is often clearly cheaper than Fri–Sat.
On 3+ nights cleaning spreads better — apartments win more often on budget.
Where to find value
Motława / Długie Ogrody: walkable centre, often better space/price than Długi Targ itself.
A kitchen = cheaper breakfasts. Real savings on a city break for two or with kids.
